Our History
At Frisco Body Contouring, our mission is to inspire lasting change. We believe that when you transform someone’s story, you create positive growth in their life.
Owner and founder Jenessa McKray, NP-C, understands that change and how necessary it is. Jenessa struggled with weight issues during high school and through her collegiate basketball career. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University and Masters from Clarkson College, which helped her understand the mechanisms of weight gain, and the healthy strategies that achieve body contouring goals. In 2015, she began helping others with body issues by founding Frisco Body Contouring.
Now, she promotes her clients’ belief in themselves, helping them build muscle, lose weight, gain confidence, and live life more courageously.
