Before your Appointment 

  • Treatments cannot be scheduled closer than 48 hours together. We do see the best results when 12 treatments are done in a month’s time.       
  • Do not eat 2 hours before or 2 hours after each treatment.
  • Exercise immediately after each treatment (whole body vibration, 5 minutes on an elliptical machine, brisk 5-minute walk, etc.) 
  • Whole Body Cryotherapy sessions immediately following Contour Light sessions maximize weight loss and inches loss results.
  • Maintain a healthy diet of low carbohydrates / low fat that is designed, at a minimum, to maintain your weight and not cause you to gain weight.
  • Drink at least 120 ounces of water per day (0.5 ounces of water for each pound of body weight) the day of your treatments.
  • Reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption while receiving these treatments (alcohol interferes with liver function, reducing its ability to process fatty acids).
  • No lotions or creams on the body parts you will be treating.
  • What to wear during treatment: Bathing suit or under garments if your comfortable wearing just that.  Keeping in mind where ever you want to lose inches the light has to be emitting on the skin.





 

 

 



At your Appointment 

 I hope you’re excited to try Contour Light!

  • We’re going to ask you a few questions about your goals, what you’ve tried, what’s worked, & what didn’t.
  • We’ll have you undress, then we'll take a few measurements, so we can get a baseline for where you’re at.
  • We’ll put you on the Contour Light® which lasts about 25-Minutes.
  • After the session, we’ll take measurements again, so we can see just how many inches you lost.
  • While we calculate the measurements, we’ll let you get dressed… then move you over to the vibration plate for the final part of the treatment.
